Pls dont trust this workshop. Oem parts claim few times and still breaking one by one despite only drive 5000km. When ask for original parts quote price double from spare parts shop. Labour also simply quoted too. Mau kena potong can try this shop. Toyota car change bush need rm 1000. No more going back to this type of shop. Fast fast run. Staff turnover very high too so no continuity if major service.semua tak tahu saja.
Come here for service or repair as car still under warranty. Cost significantly higher than outside shops
Honestly I memang sangat kecewa dengan cara CARSOME Service Center Petaling Jaya handle kes kereta I. Sebelum servis, kereta I langsung tak ada bunyi pelik. Tapi lepas ambil kereta dari service center, terus keluar bunyi abnormal dekat bahagian depan sebelah kanan. Bila I datang balik untuk check, terus diberitahu macam-macam part kononnya rosak: * steering rack * absorber * lower arm * bush * stabiliser links dan macam hampir satu set depan semua kena tukar.
