The staff at Carsome Segamat is very friendly. Explanation given is very reassuring. Place for car inspection looks good, very clean and I feel comfortable being there even only for getting information about selling my car.
Had an inspection appointment with Carsome today (11/5/2025, 11.15am) and was suddenly asked to pay RM70 for an inspection fee with no prior notice. On top of that, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Totally unacceptable service for a company that claims to be customer-focused. I’ll be exploring better, more professional options like myTukar or Carro instead of dealing with such low standards. Carsome seriously needs to train its staff and fix its processes.
