Sharing my recent home inspection experience. Unfortunately, the service did not meet professional standards.The inspection officer arrived late and conducted what appeared to be a mediocre assessment. Furthermore, the final price offered was significantly lower than the initial estimate. No technical reasoning or justification was provided to explain this steep price discrepancy.

Had a very good experience with Carsome Puchong (Fatah), from inspection on Friday, to handing over the car on Sunday and receiving the funds on Monday. Staff were responsive and friendly. Thankful that everything was smoother than expected.
I sold my car hyundai to them and I left my stuffs in the car and they dont let me to take it back and the thing cost me few hundred ringgit, so unprofessional
