Very disappointed with the service here in PJ automall branch when selling my car. The inspector Irfan was very professional and quick and we are able to agree on the selling price fairly quickly. However when it comes to the admin part, the guy who is responsible to do the change of ownership went for a lunch break and told that only be back at 1pm so we just wait here coz when the inspection done it was 1245pm.
