He then handled locking in the offer and the other necessary steps to ensure everything went smoothly.
I had a very disappointing experience. My inspection was delayed by more than an hour, and no one bothered to inform me that there would be a significant wait even after I waited for an hour. When I approached the manager, instead of apologising for the delay or acknowledging the inconvenience, he simply said that inspection times aren't fixed and suggested I book another time if I wasn't free. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating.
I made an appointment for 9:00 AM, but when I arrived there were already two cars waiting ahead of me. I asked your staff, and they told me I would have to wait at least another 1.5 hours. I'm genuinely curious how your appointment system works. If my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but there are already two cars before mine and each inspection takes at least 45 minutes, then what is the purpose of making an appointment?
