When my husband picked up his vehicle, it had been damaged! Someone or something scratched the rear panel underneath his brake light. Not a small scratch either, so SOMEONE knows they caused damage to his car. This is so very disappointing, as this was a gift I gave him for his birthday. I don't know if your staff just decided to give less care and attention because it was a Groupon, but this is unacceptable.
I’ve never once in my life seen or had a job with a manager with so little or 0 brain capacity. John was one of the worst managers I’ve ever experienced in my life. All it took was 1 day of working with this company to realize ILL NEVER WORK FOR THEM OR EVER LET THEM TOUCH MY VEHICLES

I expected a thorough detail job. What I got was more like amateur hour. My wife got there at 8 to drop off. They showed up 8:15. Called to check on car at 4 told would be done at 5 but they were staying late. Done 5:15 but only a poor job. Had to use my own Blue Coral and brush to finish cleaning carpet and seats which were still very wet next day. Poor vacuum job and marks left in rear that I cleaned myself. Should have done myself and saved the money Brent Bender. Howell MI
Our first experience with Carsmetology was amazing. We went on A Groupon which was a steal for the service we got. They were very flexible with scheduling as something came up for us last minute before our appt. The people we encountered at the shop were really helpful & super friendly and the truck looked ridiculously great! We even told them to focus on the seats mostly but the entire interior and exterior were shining & spotless.
Took our van in a few weeks ago and boy what a difference Carsmetology Troy made! Thorough, friendly, no problems with the Groupon and scheduling to get us in on the day we were available. Would highly recommend even at full price. Our 7 year old van looks and smells brand new! Thank you
Carsmatology in Troy is by far the best auto detailing shop around! The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about everything. They can make any vehicle look like new. Very impressed!!!
