I gave them 1 star because 0 isn't an option I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. After Vive was done I had to have a real body shop fix my car and they also lie about what they replace they billed for new parts and used glue instead of the new ones the paint was off I even gave them 2 tries to get it to match and it still didn't. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY
I had a great experience with them. They replied quickly, I was able to speak to a real person every time I called with a question, my bumper looked brand new and they returned my car so clean that I cancelled the detailing job I had scheduled somewhere else saving me $200. Big thanks !
