Friendly staff quick and to the point. Been here twice and both times went great.
Body shop did a great job handling my claim. I dropped off the car on Monday morning with a projected finish of Friday car was completed a whole day early and was fully detailed. Great attention to detail and communication.
Used through insurance, cannot recommend one bit. Please check how many low ratings there are, others are warning for a reason! Said they completed alignment, checked for alignment a week after repairs were done, alignment needed to be done again - car wasn’t driven more than 10 miles between repairs and follow-up alignment check in the week. AWFUL paint job, there are raised bumps all throughout. They’ll mention in person they’ll give you updates, but they don’t communicate on updates for your car unless you check in yourse... read more
They did a small repair job for me. It came out perfect!
I would like to say that VIVE Collision of Worcester did an amazing job with my car and I will recommend them with confidence. Just a suggestion, that they should provide a courtesy car to the client to use while the client's car is under repair, to help with the inconveniences of daily transportation. Otherwise thank you for the great job.
