About the worst experience you can get. My fiancee drops her car off after an accident. No phone call or update until we push them multiple times. They also gave us an estimate that is far higher than the initial estimate without any explanation. I give them a call on her behalf to find what’s going on only for the “new manager” to say I have no business with them. AVOID AT ALL COST

Sam, store manager and worker Rudy are criminals. They had my car for over 3 weeks, with no work ever done, and they had no plans to do any work on it at all. They fraudulently extorted $1,500 with threats, to release my car from their shop without ever doing any work. I filed charges; its an outgoing procedure.

Dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning and was told by Rudy it would be ready by Friday of the same week. I didn't get a call so I stopped by on Monday and they hadn't even started on it. Said they'd start on it that week. Fast-forward 2 weeks, I stop by again after receiving no calls or status updates. They started work but hadn't been painted yet. I was clearly upset.
