Mike at Carsmetics was so fantastic! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I was in a real pickle with a loose bumper on a cross country road trip. I went first to the Toyota dealership down the road and they couldn’t help me, they said they were closing and would have to order the part (could take days they said). I went down the road to Carsmetics and Mike had me back on the road in under an hour. Incredible. ��
Horrible customer service! Brought my car is to be fixed after an accident. I needed to have the whole bumper replaced. Not even a month later and my bumper isnt locking into position. When I called I was told I must have hit something. When I brought it in, I was repeatedly told I hit something. There was never an aplogize or any sense of humiality. I was offered to bring it in, but when I even suggested it was the companies faught I was told to leave. Company couldnt even fathom that they broke my car.
My family will never go anywhere else for car repairs. Mike and his team were so attentive and caring, they truly made it an affordable and easy experience getting repairs on my Honda Civic. I thought i would never be able to get it fixed. I literally didn’t recognize my car when i went to pick it up, they made it look better than the day i bought it!! They communicated with me throughout the whole process and I couldn’t thank them enough. Truly cannot recommend this place more!!
I am so thankful for Mike and the whole Carsmetics staff. The day we were moving into our new house, I got into a nasty accident. Couldn't have happened at a worse time for us. However, the shop stayed open a tad later to greet me off the tow truck with my sad, broken SUV and took care of making the whole process through insurance and repair so easy int he days after. Excellent experience overall. Everyone who answers the phone is friendly and upbeat and Mike was fantastic. I would highly recommend Carsmetics!
