Bad work We had our car rear bumper re-painted by these guys, it was a decent enough job I guess, except for overspray which left a piece on the bumper where paint had clearly dripped, not a good finish! They have agreed to fix it, and will do so by wet sanding and buffing, but this has caused me great inconvenience! Why did they call me to pick up the car when it wasn't ready? Who knows..
Great Fast Job!!!!! Not only was my brand new Infiniti G35 done faster than promised but it was far beyond my expectations when I picked it up. I would strongly recommend this repair facility to anyone that has a newer or higher end car they are looking to have worked on.
Wonderful Work I can also attest to having an awesome experience with this location. I was ansy about the expense of fixing a few dents/scrapes on my BMW 530i, and dropped by just for a quote. Immediately, I was made to feel at ease about how they'd fix the damage & how long it would take. After less than 2 days in the shop, you can't tell where the damage was at all. Awesome job! (Ask for Barry) It was an absolute joy working with Barry at Carsmetics on Dale Mabry. I had some minor scratches and he made sure that they were taken care of properly and made me feel completely comfortable with the entire process. They covered my rental car for the two days my car needed to be serviced so that I didn't have a single worry about getting to and from work. Mrs. They did a job for me in mid-March, 2006, after a minor accident resulted in damage to my car's body. I paid $473.82 and was very pleased with the work they did. Now I've been run into by another too-fast driver, and I'm going to go back to them as soon as possible. I can highly recommend them. They do great work!

Good and Bad Experiences I have had good and bad experiences with these guys. My first experience was much like the other reviewers, a poor finish of the job which meant that I had to take back the car later for them to touch up. My second job however (I used them as although previously it was not a great job, they were one of the cheapest in the area) was actually very good. Therefore, I have mixed feelings about them. GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT PRICE THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. i HAVE DONE LEASE INSPECTIONS AND HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO LOOK FOR PAINT WORK, WHEN THESE GUYS WERE DONE IT WAS IMPOSSIBL TO TELL WHICH AREA OF THE CAR THE WORK WAS DONE ON.
