I have never been so disgusted with a company before in my life!!! I had my boyfriend take my car there just to do a diagnostic to see why my fan wasnt kicking and they were able to tell why. Which is great... however they clearly screwed something up (I am putting this as nicely as I can by the way) because now my AC unit is not working and it was fine last night. I am beyond pissed right now and I hope that no one else goes to this company. All they will ever do is screw you over!!!!
We had to wait an extra hour for the work to be done on our van and although I was disappointed that it wasn't done when I expected, they made sure all 7 of the kids were entertained while we waited: they fired up the arcade game, started a movie and of course already had toys and magazines out for us to use. We basically had to take up almost all the space that they had but we all were comfortable and we'll taken care of. This could have turned out to be a miserable wait time, but these guys made it .
