Helpful and friendly, but the vehicle reeks of nicotine and smoke residue...hard to even sit in it with a/c on and windows closed. Salesman acknowledged this, and said that's why it was marked down. Would be a nice car at a good price for someone that smokes. But we bought one elsewhere.
I put money down on a work truck and explained to Darius the time constraints of the situation (urgent). He took my money and had me sign to hold the truck (needed repairs because I found a coolant leak on inspection that they somehow “missed”). After taking my money, proceeded to explain that they didn’t have the title. He asked me to wait, said it should be here by May 24th. It’s now May 27th, and they still don’t have the title. I purchased a great car for a great price. They are located in a rough part of down but I will go back.
I recently purchased a 2001 Cadillac 9/17/2016. I have owned the car less than a week and it's now in the shop for the second time. I am waiting trying to be patience but am starting to feel like they might try and burn me on this car. First off when I first saw the dealer I thought that they might be a respectable place but I am becoming deeply concerned...... I guess I'll know based on their next move. To be continued!
