Bought a car here, and multiple family members have done so also from Andrew. However, when I went to get a key made there, my cup holder was broken and I was told by Andrew it would be replaced and would be mailed to my home due to not living in the area. It's almost been a year later after multiple calls and I have yet to receive my part. Very unhappy and frustrated with the unprofessionalism.
Brennon, Andrew, Tyler, and Ray are all 100% totally awesome guys. I love their honesty they are all caring and truly care about their customers. Thank you CarSmart for giving me a chance when none else would.

I am from Wisconsin and saw a vehicle for sale I liked from CarSmart. So I called and spoke to the salesman who assured me this vehicle was everything the pictures showed and more. They made it effortless on my end and I purchased the vehicle based on their communication with me (something I would normally never do). I just had the vehicle hauled to Wi ( even though they offered to pick me up at the airport ) I saw it for the first time yesterday. To say I was blown away is an understatement. A friend of mine bought a car, was lied to, was told they'd make it right, was lied to again with more broken promises! Then on top of that, they delete my negative post and report me to Facebook instead of making it right!?!?! #BadBusiness #BeAMan
