Not really the most forthcoming and upfront business practices. A dear friend asked to inspect the repair work before being charged. Dealer ran the card anyway and submitted the charge, then told my friend to leave -- permanently -- and threatened her with trespassing if she returned. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing business with a shop that isn't welcoming and transparent.
