They illegally repoed my car. Apparently they get a lot of money off of people by doing that.
I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering doing business with Car Index to be Extremely cautious. If you want the sleazy stereotypical used car salesman bait and switch treatment then disregard this. Yesterday, I received a written appraisal for my Audi RS5 of $49,000 from Tyler Jackson. When i bought my car, i was told they (carsindex) had put new calipers on. But now that a mechanic looked at them, they realized they had just been spray painted red, without even disassembling and painting it right. There was paint in every component. It was causing a lot of issues. The car is fine otherwise, but why lie??
