The guys were cool and the atmosphere was nice but they messed me up. I got my hair cut to my shoulders and had to go back in after going home because the hair was different heights on either side of my head and there were a bunch of long hairs left untouched. Even though I specified that I wanted to get rid of loose hairs while I’m working, he didn’t use clippers or a razor at all, let alone clean up the back of my neck. I had a very poor experience at this barber shop. After my appointment, I had to leave to retrieve my cash (my chip was not working) and returned maybe 5 minutes later. When I came back, I politely raised a concern about my haircut, specifically that he did leave a noticeable bald spot that I do not normally have.
