Dr. Carseli is an excellent, professional doctor who has exemplary knowledge in his field of study. He took the time and is taking time to go over diagnosis and treatment options. Dr. Carseli & his staff are some of the laziest & cross individuals I’ve ever come across. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get the office staff to answer the telephone. The staff looks bored and like your cutting into their “me-time” for simply just showing up for an appointment. Dr. Carseli is quick to tell you that there’s nothing he can do & prescribes medication just so you’ll get out of his office. I find dr Carseli to be very professional. My visits are always good and he is very informative. He is always willing to address any and all of my concerns. I’ve been with him for about 5 years I myself won’t go to someone else. My opinion is that he is the best at what he does.

Dr. Carseli does not really listen to regular concerns. He prescribes expensive meds and when you tell him they are out of your budget he says he had prescribed something else. He puts you in a generic pile of a diagnosis regardless of what you have. Each concern is met with an additional med
A lot of his appointments aren’t needed. He will not approve generic synthroid so it cost me more. He threatens to not refill my synthroid if I don’t make appt despite having a total thyroid removal so I need synthroid to live.
I don't like the fact that he makes you come into office for a visit even if your labs are ok. only to tell you everything is fine. That is a wasted trip. On the other hand, he is the only dr that got my meds correct and has levelled my thyroid problem.
He's one of those doctors that makes you come in for that last appointment to say everything looks fine and there's nothing else he can do. He doesn't listen, he doesn't care and he is sure to make that impression.
has no idea what he is doing, starts you on the highest strength medication when it’s totally unsafe to do that. Ended up in the hospital several times because of this quack, incompetent, leaves the room mid sentence to eat donuts? Gets angry at anxious patients and makes it worse.
