Final Update – March 25, 2025: I originally left a positive review but that is no longer the case. I’ve continued trying to get a resolution from Cars2Us regarding the serious issues with the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace I purchased. On Tuesday, March 25th, I attempted multiple times to speak with someone at the dealership: • 2:02 PM – I called and was placed on hold for 17 minutes before the call disconnected. • 2:19 PM – I called again and was told the person I needed was with a customer. ***EDIT AND UPDATE – March 24, 2025: On Thursday, March 20th, I sent both an email and an Instagram message to the dealership outlining the serious issues with the vehicle, including a full diagnostic report from a licensed auto repair shop. ***EDIT AND UPDATE 29 days after purchase: I wanted to follow up on my experience with Cars2Us after purchasing a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace 30t from them. Within a month of ownership, the vehicle developed a severe oil leak and major engine issues all preexisting issues as I have only driven the vehicle 10-11 times since purchase, these are problems that were not disclosed at the time of sale.
