Local, friendly, knowledgable, great service I needed the clean water tank and cleaning solution holder for my Hoover steam extraction carpet cleaner. They had a used one in stock as well as new ones. The new ones were only a little more and an improved design, and since the used one would have the same problem as my old one, I got the new part. Helpful! I looked all over for a part I needed for my vaccum and after going to all the big chains, I decided to check here. They didn't have it in stock but they were able to order it and have it delivered within a few days! They were very knowlegable and helpful!
small store yet meets my needs The Vacuum Store in Frederick has a large selection of every type/model of vacuum. It's a small store but big on vacuum styles to choose from. I bought my bissell there and if it ever needs serviced or repaired they do that too. So far though it hasn't needed fixed , knock on wood ! Good prices and very helpful owners. Good plentiful parking available. They also sell parts and accessories for most brands of vacuums as well. PROS: Large selection and helpful employees CONS:
