Buyer beware. I purchased car here and within days it became undriveable. The battery kept dying, the hood wouldn’t open, it had to be towed, and it wouldn’t shift into park. A mechanic found electrical issues and said the brakes and rotors need replacement. These major problems started almost immediately. I tried calling and emailing this dealership but they refused to take any responsibility.

I purchased a 2012 Volvo xc60 from Chris at Cars-R-Us in October 2025. My overall experience was excellent in every way. Chris was relaxed, respectful, and helpful. I knew what I was looking for, and he made the process as smooth as possible (despite my poor credit rating). Inside the car I noticed some water stains around the A pillars, and as a Volvo owner recognized potential problems with sunroof draining leading to electrical problems. Cris is a very shady salesman and sold me a defective vehicle luckily the financing didn't approve deal and I returned car and was given my deposit back. Avoid this dealership
