While I mentioned the buying process was easy, the car began to leak engine fluids the next day. Took it back, they had it for a week, I had to split the repair cost and when I got it back, it's still leaking steering fluid. Also purchased a warranty and have never received information on it. Feeling taken advantage of and scammed right about now.

Just bought a new car from Cars On Rayford. The buying experience was easy. They were very transparent about the vehicle. We generally always purchase cash cars and they were the most professional lot we've dealt with.

The Worst experience ever Purchased a Mini Cooper and it broke down same day the vehicle won’t start still and it’s only been 2.5 weeks from the first day I picked it up the check engine light came on as well as other lights the oil leaking Samantha always claim to be going out of town and will contact me when she returns she have never done so Her husband seemed very nice but Samantha I never want to deal with again when I could get the car to work I took it to a certified mechanic to tell me what was wrong with the vehicl... read more

My husband and I bought a car 9 months ago and we still don't have the title. The don't call with updates. Thought they were really nice people but they are not professional at all. Spoke to Sam before holiday she said they were going out of town haven't heard from them since. Went by there over the weekend mid day and they were closed. There's always an excuse as to why we have no title. Maybe we will have to seek outside help.
