I know individuals like myself, might be in a situation where you see a car that looks presentable on the outside at this dealership, for a reasonable price and you ignore your better judgment to walk away. Worst place ever to buy any vehicle at. We bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 from them 2 weeks ago. We were told nothing is wrong with it. Test drive went great. Everything looked great. My husband needed this truck for work. We made this plain when we stopped to look. He's only been able to drive this truck 5 times before it shredded thru the serpentine belt. Next day the water pump went bad. Next day, it was overheating and then the engine crapped out. Sad thing is, they won't lift a finger to help. And they lied. I'm now out $... read more
This is the worst place in Texas to get a car. They force you into cars that have issues while they claim nothing is wrong. Then instead of helping correct to issue they make it seem like it's not their problem since you own the car now. They also have the rudest staff in America have no customer service knowledge at all. If you buy a car from here make sure you have a lawyer on speed dial.
Coming here was the best choice I ever made. I was able to walk in tell them what I wanted and tell them my down payment and thankx for Simon he was able to make it happen. So if anyone is looking for a vehicle to purchase or even finance and have credit problems like myself I would highly recommend that you come here and talk to Simon! I got a great vehicle that had one owner and well taken care of for a low down payment and low monthly payment agreement, has no check engine light on nor any other issues.
