If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor management and customer service. I ordered a switch through eBay and it was damaged when it was delivered to me. I sent it back in the original packaging and requested a refund. I was told I would get a refund after they receive the switch. A few weeks go buy and I still didn’t receive a refund so I called back to follow up. They told me I wouldn’t be receiving a refund because the switch was damaged which is the reason I returned it in the first place. So now they have the switch an... read more
