Very disrespectful to his employees
This car lot is the worst while they may have some good prices. The owner might is very rude to his employees and to his customers. I would not recommend going to this car lot. You will have a better experience anywhere else.
"Disappointing experience at Cars KC. I visited looking for a new ride, but what I got was a front-row seat to unprofessionalism. The owner, Mike, seemed more interested in berating his employees than helping customers. I witnessed him speaking disrespectfully to his team, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I didn't get to see any cars due to poor time management on their part. I had to leave abruptly due to a time crunch, and my questions went unanswered. Needless to say, I won't be back."
