DONT BUY FROM HERE. An investigation is underway after issues were found with vehicle title receipts from a used car dealership in Fayetteville, Tennessee. We purchased my son's truck in October and have still yet to get the title. Then we started seeing the news articles about their investigation. My husband just filed a formal police report and was told they are getting 3-5 police reports a day due to people not receiving their titles from this dealership at this point.
I have the same story as a lot of other customers of the place. When I first talked with Ben he seemed very friendly. I bought a truck from him, paid the full amount with a check. He assured me I would have the title with in a couple of weeks. I bought this truck in Sept of 2025 and its almost 5 months and I have still yet to get a tag and title to this truck even though he quickly cashed my check for the truck.
