I called several times in a row and when I finally got through to someone she had an attitude. First impressions are everything in customer service. I went back and read comments like "We sell cars. We're not mechanics." If you're a reputable car dealer then you should have a mechanic on staff....
Trash company, rude people , I took them to court 3 years ago for wrongfully repoing my car, with ALL of my stuff in it , they made me wait over thanksgiving to get my stuff so I went off! I was making payments and my car was almost payed off, and get this they drove my old car to court. I seen it in the parking lot. I was dismissed in court , they even wouldn’t allow me a witness bc I think they payed off the judge . I hope that piece of company gets shut down. Sheisty is an understatement.
