Bought corolla 2018 one year ago with 110k miles. During purchase, they assured us that if we face any problem with 1 week, they will fix it for us. We noticed tire pressure warning and told them to check if before buying. They simply pumped some air in and told us everything is okay. After 2-3 days, it comes up again and we contact them about it. Guess what, they never fixed that tire even after calling and texting multiple times. They ghosted us. Very good customer service
I test drove a 2018 Nissan Kicks. I heard a noise upon breaking. It ended up being warped rotors. These guys had their mechanic come and fix it on site (no cost to me) while I waited. This is a family owned business, and everyone was respectful and honest. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I will be back for sure.
