When I saw that this dealership had the car I wanted, Shawn who was my salesman was kind, straight forward and informative as well, communication was consistent and overall satisfying. I reside in Florida and Shawn was also reasonable with me and was understanding my passion for the car so he worked with me on the final price as well as transporting it from Cali to Florida. Good people good follow-up
I made the worst decision giving this dealership my business and hard- earned money for several different reasons. The individuals working here are disorganized, unfair and incompetent. For starters, I purchased my car with the condition that I would 1. receive a new grill (the original grill was severely cracked and the Honda emblem was missing) and 2. Lee, the salesman I dealt with, would pay for the many scratches to be buffed out of the body of my car. While my grill was replaced, it has been two months and the scratches... read more
I called and the manager called me back in a short time. I made an appointment to see the car and when I got there it was waiting for me to test drive. I buy a lot of cars and I would give this small dealer a 10. Great buying experience.
Customer service is ok but their cars are dirty, they don't take care lights on the dashboard and their cars are full with scratches..sorry to say but I think those cars that they bought from the auctions are going straight to their car lot without seeking any mechanics?..
