My zip code is listed as an available delivery location, I am allowed to place my order and even finalize and confirm everything, and THEN, 15 minutes later, I get a call saying Oh, sorry. You re out of our zone. UGH, thanks for nothing!
I use Carryout Courier a couple times a month for work. It is very easy to order food for our business luncheons. My most recent order was on 10/29/13 from Sam and Tony s. The food was good, delivery time was within the requested time and the delivery person was very nice. Thank you for this service, it makes this part of my job much easier.
They market a great service: any kind of food I want, delivered to me promptly. It worked for a while. But they simply don t honor the basic idea they market. Now I d rather go hungry than try this site again, though I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Just cancelled my account. Unlike a few years ago, they simply cannot get things to me on time. After placing my order I was called and told that I was 1.7 miles out of their delivery range. The woman could not have been any more rude when informing me of this. As if it isn t disappointing enough to hear you aren t getting the food you ordered, you get treated like a waste of time. Not Happy AT ALL!
