I first started having CTL do my electrical work over 30 years ago. Since I'm still calling them for work, I've very happy with their work. I've had them do work at three different homes. I have lost most of my faith in customer service accept for what I receive when I use Carry The Light. Steve the owner is great and very helpful. I have talked with him a few times about potential needs and projects and he has made a great effort to be accurate when telling me what I may need and pricing. I used CTL to upgrade an Electrical Panel during the sale of a house. There was a short time to get the work done and still have the closing on time. Steve made sure that it took place in plenty of time. I was pretty sure I was going to pay a premium for the quick service, but the price was very reasonable. I will be using CTL again for any future work. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price!
After having CTL complete the electrical for most of my house during a remodel, I called them to hang a new chandelier. David arrived and we realized I was missing a piece. He kindly help me find what I needed on Amazon so I could order prior to his return. While looking at the chandelier that came from Morocco, I casually mentioned the difficulty I am having getting g rid of the crate. It wouldn’t fit in my car.
