I have lost most of my faith in customer service accept for what I receive when I use Carry The Light. Steve the owner is great and very helpful. I have talked with him a few times about potential needs and projects and he has made a great effort to be accurate when telling me what I may need and pricing. I used CTL to upgrade an Electrical Panel during the sale of a house. There was a short time to get the work done and still have the closing on time. Steve made sure that it took place in plenty of time. I was pretty sure I was going to pay a premium for the quick service, but the price was very reasonable. I will be using CTL again for any future work. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price!

After having CTL complete the electrical for most of my house during a remodel, I called them to hang a new chandelier. David arrived and we realized I was missing a piece. He kindly help me find what I needed on Amazon so I could order prior to his return. While looking at the chandelier that came from Morocco, I casually mentioned the difficulty I am having getting g rid of the crate. It wouldn’t fit in my car.
