I can't say enough positive things about this family clinic. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. The staff from the front door is always pleasant and friendly. Doctor is very easy to talk to. I never feel like I'm being rushed out or given a treatment that isn't my best interest. I have complete confidence in her as my primary care physician. I'm grateful for the help she has given me.
Guess what…they called me saying that “I'm screwing their practice by leaving a bad review “ lol really?! That’s what you care about the most?! Well then here is another one! The lady was rude on the phone, did not let me speak whatsoever. Instead of hearing me out and dealing with an actual issue, she was pushing her truth on me trying to make me feel guilty for absolutely no reason. I live in Canada for over 10 years and I never had a medical worker call me speaking like this. Another disappointment!
The worst clinic ever with the most stupid policies. I literally only did my meet and greet with the doctor when I was pregnant, the doctor was informed that I had an OB. When I gave birth, I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor and they said I wasn’t a patient anymore…they literally threw me out of their system for absolutely no reason and they didn’t even call me or anything…don’t waste your time going in here, any other clinic would be a better choice…everything about this place is absolutely terrible
