Shameful place that should be condemed. It’s hard to decide what’s worse a city that lacks a health department with any integrity that wouldn’t shut a disgusting unsafe filthy drug and crime ridden place down or a place that exists that provides such a disgusting housing that no children or elderly let alone anyone else should ever have to live in. The answer is both.
Worst place ever! Infestations, robberies, NO HEAT and I'm 62! Won't repair anything! Management is rude! Horrible! I'm about to start legal action!
