I finally got a call back that I was able yo answer because they kept calling while I was at work, and I made an appointment with the office, but guess what: I took the bus down here and the office isnt open at all!! I had to walk to the nearest bus stop and now I am crying because Im in incredible pain, took a day off work, and have to waste all this time because of a terribly managed office. I would give 0 out of 10 stars if I could.
I found Doctor Carruth to be attentive and caring and very easy to speak frankly to. His manner and concern are genuine and his information is concise.
