This place has exceptional care. From beginning to the end everyone was friendly and helpful
I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone send their loved one here. Our family had a terrible experience with nurses and staff who could care less about the care my loved one received. The care team would not return phone calls in a timely manner and did not notify us when rapid responses were called resulting in my loved one’s condition deteriorating. Highly unprofessional, and the medical care is seriously lacking and not up to quality standards. They overdosed insulin, would not give medication on schedule even after several ... read more
My wife was transferred to Carrus with a terminal illness. The staff in the CCU area did a great job of caring for her as well as watching over me. Their compassion help my wife passed with pride and dignity. They made a point of help our family in very unfortunate time. Dr. Watson help guide me to the best for my wife. His compassion and knowledge help in my time of need.
Ashley brings warmth and compassion to the cafeteria every day. She goes above and beyond and always makes you feel seen and appreciated. Ashley, you make a difference. Thank you for all that you do!
