My son's therapist and all of the staff truly care about his progress and how he is doing even when he is not in the clinic. They make sure he stays current with his schoolwork too which makes it easier when he gets home.
The brunette girl receptionist is very fake and rude as heck. She makes people feel uncomfortable when walking in. Carrus is an alright company but some folks they hire are just fake and weird as heck!!! Please provide customer service to your clients and family and train ALL staff on communication and good customer service!!!
