5 stars It was such a smooth experience visiting an ER with such friendly and accommodating physicians and staff!! They were not annoyed to deal with patients as we’ve experienced with hospitals in the past. They were up front in stating any details regarding our out of pocket costs, and we DIDN’T receive a huge bill afterwards like we did when having to visit the hospital ER before, where there was zero discussion, or statement prior to billing us. We will be using Carrus Care ER again for any of our emergent medical needs!
Professional and courteous staff, with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere! The doc was great!! I highly recommend Carrus ER 👍🏼
