I went in to have my sister's car serviced. This is one of the best, and most thorough repair shops in the area, certainly the only import specialist worth trusting. See, this car has been to no less than 4 different shops from Jacksonville to The Villages while in the family. Of all the issues and instances, Carrsmith was the best. Carrsmith is very attentive to your needs. Stephen was very helpful and the staff was friendly enough, but be prepared to pay. I'm not saying they price-gouged me, but it sure felt like I paid a lot for what I got. That being said, I did feel like when I walked out of there, that my car would run like it should. So, take that as you may.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with my car's service at this place. They are terrible at communicating with you about your car and just rely on automated messages. There is no initiative taken from any of the staff members to deliver half decent customer service. They say they will call you and never do, I had to call them every time just to get some sort of update on my car. Poor communication and expensive. When you drop your car off you fill out a sheet asking if they can do repairs with or without it being communicated to you. I wanted to know estimates before repairs were done. I didn’t know this meant they could run a full diagnostic test which cost over $250. I should’ve just went across the street for a free diagnostic test from O’Reillys and/or trusted my internet research and saved the money. I took my Audi Q5 over to Carrsmith. They were extremely professional, even though my car was not repaired because the insurance maintenance policy rejected the claim for stupid excuses to avoid paying to repair the car, but that’s another issue. But I did want to recommend carrsmith. I think they were fantastic and when I do get my claim resolved, I am certainly taking back my Audi so he can do the repair.
