I took my Audi Q5 over to Carrsmith. They were extremely professional, even though my car was not repaired because the insurance maintenance policy rejected the claim for stupid excuses to avoid paying to repair the car, but that’s another issue. But I did want to recommend carrsmith. I think they were fantastic and when I do get my claim resolved, I am certainly taking back my Audi so he can do the repair. Thank you for being understanding and professional Thank you.
Legitimately the best and most knowledgeable mechanic shop I've been to in Gainesville🎉. Less expensive than the dealership💯, guarantees exceptional quality✨, worked with my maintenance plan😮, their work doesn't void my warranty😁, AND they didn't make me feel like a customer. . . But extended family😇. Will bring any car I have to them, and recommend them to my family, friends, and you.
Poor communication and expensive. When you drop your car off you fill out a sheet asking if they can do repairs with or without it being communicated to you. I wanted to know estimates before repairs were done. I didn’t know this meant they could run a full diagnostic test which cost over $250. I should’ve just went across the street for a free diagnostic test from O’Reillys and/or trusted my internet research and saved the money. Hello Gainesville. Go Gators!🐊 So at this point, I gotta give This team of mechanics five stars. Last week broke down right near Micanopy on 75 and decided to get towed to the nearest mechanic Had no idea who Carrsmith was. I walked in, and they immediately addressed me in the most professional way.
