Just bought a used Honda odyssey for my wife. 3 weeks in and check engine light. Misfire #6 cylinder. Took it to Charles to look over. Very thorough and unfortunately came back with a slew of problems. Worked out what needed to be taken care of right away. The price was quite a shock, and as someone else mentioned "I know I can get them cheaper " but I can't get genuine Honda parts. Personally I would rather have original parts for a bit more cost. Work done in a very reasonable time, which we were not rushing on. Will def... read more

I bought this 2012 Mini up in Jacksonville from a private party and it showed service due, so I made an appointment online (which was so easy) and brought it in. They took their time to go over the whole car, fixed what needed it based on what I asked for, gave me reasonable recommendations for future service, and provided a comfortable place for me to wait. I will definitely be back for all of my service needs. Thank you!

Incredible level of service and technical expertise at a very fair price. I had my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado in for the dreaded "electric power steering cutout at all speeds." Carrsmith accurately diagnosed that the problem was not related to the torque sensor connectors, which were good. The torque sensor itself was bad, necessitating replacement of the entire steering rack. Carrsmith keeps you apprised every step of the project via email/text. The cost was less than what GM would have charged me. AND they washed my truck... read more

I brought my vehicle in because my car had a warning sign stating battery not charging, and I asked for a quote on TPMS sensor. the first day I brought it in I explained my family situation with two vehicles and I couldn't drop off. I waited from 11-4pm and Charles stated they couldn't find the issue and asked when could I bring it in and leave it, they would need it for 3 days max due to shop time. We scheduled two weeks out. I dropped my car off on May 5th explained I needed by Friday at the latest due to family trip. On M... read more

I just had the oil and transmission fluid changed at Carrsmith. Good: - The price is transparent and fair. I was well informed about what services would be performed and their price. - High-quality parts (oil) and also higher prices for parts. Great service and equipment. - The courtesy inspection was very comprehensive and gave me a good understanding of the potential problems. - People are nice and help me install the license plate for free. - I like the communication system, I can see the report and progress online. Bad:... read more
