Good afternoon, I am leaving a complaint regarding a manager in the Eagle River Carrs branch by the name of Curt Johnson. I have not personally heard of anyone having any good experiences with this manager and more often than not I actually hear people leaving the store with sour moods due to his poor level of customer service. He speaks to customers with a casual rudeness that I do not believe is appropriate in any way at all. Stopped to pick up some groceries but the whole store was closed and equipment was tearing out their parking lot!
