Received a charge for a doctor's visit in regards to a warrantied pair of orthotics ordered by Dr carrozza who is retired now. I was never notified that the new doctor would charge a full visit to take the defective orthotics in for a replacement. Had I been notified ahead of time this would've been fine to make an educated decision. I did not need an exam or anything to warrant this charge.
