El personal es muy atento y de verdad escuchan y responden las dudas de los padres. Además son muy pacientes con los niños pq no todos tienen esa paciencia y eso se llama amar su profesión como terapistas y además muy buen trato de el otro personal.
Tengo unos gemelos de 10 años de edad, ambos con autismo. Mis hijos llevan tomando terapias desde que tienen tres añitos en Puerto Rico. Hace dos años nos mudamos a la Florida y desde que mis hijos comenzaron a recibir terapias en Carrousel he podido ver lo mucho que disfrutan su labor, trato y concepto. Cada vez que le mencionó que tienen terapias no se molestan, todo lo contrario, es uno de esos momentos en la semana que disfrutan de manera diferente mientras toman terapias. They did not tell me that I had to arrive 1 hour early to complete paperwork. Apparently the 25mins early I did arrive was not enough time even though I completed all the paperwork before my appointment time. To make the situation worse, there was a lady who arrived about 10 minutes after me that the doctor seen at my appointment time. So after I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, I have to wait an extra 2 weeks for another appointment. I was so upset that I left in tears. The staff was not very friendly either.
