Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this firm. I retained this firm for a Workers’ Compensation–related matter that should have been properly presented in the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Despite raising clear concerns about how the case needed to be handled, the firm refused to present the matter in AAA as required, without providing a meaningful legal explanation. I appreciate Sue the receptionist she works extremely hard to give the best advise that she can. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for helping me along my journey. They only take on cases that are sure to win. I talked to the lawyer herself only 3 times in a span of at least 3 years, everything else is handed off to the receptionist who is overloaded with work. I was always rushed and they were careless. I was given somebody else’s MEDICAL RECORDS. I have pictures to prove this. Advice was sloppy and I felt like only a number. Unless you’ve already put in the work yourself, don’t bother to waste your time (years) here.
Lawfirm refused to Present my Workers Compensation Case in American Arbitration Association as it should have. Would not recommend. Alice told me over the phone how she didn't care about my case whatsoever because i called her out on how my case should have been presented in The AAA. Alice Refused.
