I retained this firm for a Workers’ Compensation–related matter that should have been properly presented in the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Despite raising clear concerns about how the case needed to be handled, the firm refused to present the matter in AAA as required, without providing a meaningful legal explanation. I appreciate Sue the receptionist she works extremely hard to give the best advise that she can. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for helping me along my journey. I know it wasn't easy and I have a case load big enough for a few of us. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything. But I do know you guys work very hard.
