I am extremely concerned about the level of care and professionalism at this clinic. Dr. Utman presents himself as a glaucoma specialist, yet there is no clear information available regarding his qualifications or credentials. I get some random TEXT that doesn't include a phone number or details about my appointment just simply tells me when it is and where it is. It is very far from my home and would take me nearly half a day to do this appointment. I think you guys need to remember patients are human beings and the appointment is for US and we are not robots so you should call the patient to make an appointment in both a location and a date/time that works for them! How ridiculous.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my appointment with Dr. SAQUIB A K UTMAN, I asked a simple and common question: “How is my eye health?” Instead of providing a professional explanation or guidance, the doctor responded by saying, “I am not GOD who can answer this question.” I understand that no doctor can predict everything with certainty, but I was expecting a thoughtful medical assessment, not a dismissive remark. Arrived for my 3.00pm appointment to be told the last appointment for the day is 2.50pm and my Dr is not available and they have no idea when he's coming back. 1 hr commute could have been avoided with a simple phone call or email to let me know i needed to reschedule. My appointment was scheduled 1 year prior. Totally have no consideration for the inconvenience of his patients. 100% unprofessional
