Went to Carol's for the first time yesterday for lunch. Great Cream of Crab soup, and salad with grilled shrimp and Balsamic vinaigrette. My sister had the crab cake platter and we shared the flourless chocolate cake to die for! Beautiful views and great service thank you!

Phomenal food. The crab cakes were the best I've had. We had a private party here and they did an excellent job! Service is top notch and the views and atmosphere are the best in Annapolis.

I recommend this place, the view is great, the people working there and tha waitress, very nice and friendly, as for the food, excellent. I had the rockfish with risotto, and sautéed spinach with crabmeat on top, before the main course, I had the Chef salad and the cream of crab soup, which also was excellent, the consistency of the soup was great, not thin and runny, crab meat in every spoon. I highly recommend.

Our waiter Bud was wonderful, The Tuna Tartare was as well, The Seared Scallops and Risotto floored us and 5-stars for the Pecan - Raisin Bread pudding! Highly recommend this place...
