I had a very bad experience in those apartments because of their manager, Isel De Saab. She treated me very poorly, mistreated me, and made numerous racist comments. They should replace the manager with someone more professional."
I simply love my apt. Staff are awesome. Great place to live!! Assistant Manager Christine O is the absolute best in this industry! She transparent, professional and will inform anyone who is out of line of complex policy and will work with any tenant who has issues or needs assistance! Christine get 💯 done on this property everytime! She doe go above and beyond!
Isel De Saab and Christine are an absolute treasure. They are very professional in their demeanor, have treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy and make living here truly family friendly. They always make me aware of the holiday observances and special events that really make carrollwood station a community property. Thank you ladies!!! the entire staff is much appreciated!
Great place! Everyone in the office especially Christine was a delight. I never had any issues regarding pest, noise or anything. My place was perfect and it’s affordable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! It’s a great location and easy to get to major highways.
I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years now and I can’t wait to extend my stay for 18 more months!! that’s how much I like this place, Christine, and Isel. These two professional women are very helpful and knowledgeable with all the concerns/questions I have.
