I had an amazing experience at Carrollwood Station! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the service is outstanding. A special shoutout to Kristine and Carlos for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend Carrollwood Station to anyone looking for great service and a great time! 😊
I visited Carrollwood Apartments today and had a great experience. Christine was incredibly welcoming and took the time to show me the model apartment. I really loved the upgrades that have been done. The amenities—especially the pool and fitness center—were clean, well‑maintained, and very inviting. Overall, a very positive visit.
The apartment was nice but it could have been a little nicer that’s why the 4 stars. The employees at the complex were 5 star they were very easy to work with and very friendly and professional. They all treated you like you were family. When you had a maintenance problem they were right there to fix it. The complex manager and lease manager were always friendly and helpful. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. When we come back to Florida we will be trying to get back into Carrollwood Station.
The Community Manager, Cristina, is simply incredible! She is proactive regarding improvements, ensuring that the outdoor areas look impeccable and that the apartments are safe. She is always very welcoming and goes above and beyond to make this place feel like a true home.
I simply love my apt. Staff are awesome. Great place to live!! Assistant Manager Christine O is the absolute best in this industry! She transparent, professional and will inform anyone who is out of line of complex policy and will work with any tenant who has issues or needs assistance! Christine get 💯 done on this property everytime! She doe go above and beyond!
