I usually don’t post or comment on things but this time I had to mention Angela from the leasing office has been nothing but exceptional from the moment I first toured a unit to the first week of moving. She made this transition so smoothly. Any need I had were immediately taken care of thanks to her. Thanks for everything Angela, God bless you!
Thanks to Angela our move in process went really smoothly. Since the first day we walked in the leasing office she made us feel welcomed. Which is the main reason we choose The Park at Palermo as our new home. Minor issues maintenance came quickly. It is very quiet and everyone is pretty much to themselves. Love it!
I have lived here for the past year and can definitely say I have had a decent experience. Upon move in there were a few issues however they were also in transition with new management. New manager and maintenance lead came and assessed my apartment and the items were fixed the next day. Had slight issue with 2 neighbors and occasional loud music being played til ridiculous hours of the night but other than that it is typically quite and safe. Very happy with my apartment, I loved the view. The staff was very attentive, and especially Ángela: she gave me outstanding service, very kind and understanding. I give her a 10/10. I recommend it 100%!
I have lived here for almost a year now and plan to renew my lease. It is fairly quiet and maintenance is always on top of things whenever they are needed and kind and friendly. Also, Angela in the office is always very kind and helpful any time an issue may arise.
