Great apartment community. Angela, Jeanie and Sue, are amazing and extremely pleasant. They always go up and above to assist their tenants in every way possible.
I love living at The Park at Palermo. The location is great; the area and property are charming. All the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I have a dog and walk everyday while waving at everyone. I’ve been invited to come to another neighbor’s barbecue at the pool area. So nice. Angel, Osman, Angela, Sue, Ms. Johnson, and Amos are great to have because they care about the property and about us. We're so glad we chose to live here!
I've lived here for over five years and continue to love the community, location, and staff. The property is well maintained, and the team did a great job recovering from the 2024 hurricanes. The maintenance staff is always friendly, responsive, and resolves the issues. The office team is also helpful, friendly, and they have monthly drawings and special perks for us residents. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it.
The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They always keep us informed and whenever an issue comes up, they are willing to help. My husband and I very much appreciate the communication and care that you show to us. Thank you for all you do!
