They really care, I love this clinic
It’s so sad how you have worked and served for the country but you can never call and talk to anyone when you need something or you hold for hours and no one ever answers or they hang up on you after holding for 30 or more minutes
My experience with this clinic is as follows.. you will schedule an appointment and wait 6 months only for the appointment to be canceled the morning of about an hour and a half prior to the appointment time, while you are getting ready and on your way to the clinic for said appointment. You will then call several times over 2 weeks calling and leaving messages with the listed clinic number to try and get rescheduled or at the very least receive some answers to what happened and what to do next.
