My experience with this clinic is as follows.. you will schedule an appointment and wait 6 months only for the appointment to be canceled the morning of about an hour and a half prior to the appointment time, while you are getting ready and on your way to the clinic for said appointment. You will then call several times over 2 weeks calling and leaving messages with the listed clinic number to try and get rescheduled or at the very least receive some answers to what happened and what to do next. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to call and get in touch with anyone that could help me schedule my father an appointment, as he was referred to the Neurologist here since our Macon VA clinic does not have one. Everyone I have spoken with has been RUDE and disrespectful. The scheduling number we were provided in the letter we were sent from this location is off, and I am unable to leave a voicemail due to it being full.
