I don’t think a male (regardless of their profession) should tell a woman something won’t physically hurt. Example: inserting an IUD does not feel good. You suggested otherwise. Kindly choose your words better at bedside. Maybe offer pain relief options for those getting it. Or have a female colleague offer their opinion on it.

Dr. jewell is a bad doctor. Dismissive and insensitive. Rushes through his time with you. Is too quick to diagnose/assume answers without thoroughly taking the time to understand all of your complaints.
His solutions to your menstruation problems is to put you on birth control and not run any test. I found out through a new doctor I had polyps that were causing the problems.
