Definitely avoid this place. There are far better Kawasaki dealers locally. I had a mechanical issue with my motorcycle, which ended up being covered by the warranty. Before the warranty coverage determination was made, I brought my bike here (now called Freedom Powersports) to do mechanical diagnostics. I recently used Kawasaki of Carrollton to swap out engines in my Kawasaki ZG1000 (Concours). Work has been solid. Greg Prewitt (lead tech) is very knowledgeable and I credit him for me having the best running and best looking Connie in town. I've actually been a customer of theirs since they first opened, buying parts, accessories and having mechanical work done on my bikes over the years. I've not had a single issue in any of those areas and I highly recommend them.

Service guys are really rude and un-friendly. I called in for quotes the first time around, the guy told me that they had to use links to lower my bike instead of adjusting the suspension on it. I though about it and sent an email just to check on the price. He gets all aggressive and says "You talk to my boss about a quote even though you called earlier...." This place is horrible and a nightmare. The employees are completely scandalous, untrustworthy and unprofessional. I negotiated with the Kawasaki bike for $4K, but without realizing, I signed the paper work for over $7K. The salesman was super tricky, must have covered it and rushed me into signing the paperwork (even though I should have been more careful), but we spent 3 hours negotiating so by the time came to sign, I was tired, rushed and was tricked.
