If you don’t mind a long wait, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend going elsewhere. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet somehow ended up being the last patient seen. The experience felt very unprofessional and poorly organized.
I recently had a septoplasty done with Dr. Pezold, and this could not have been a better experience. The team at the ENT office were extremely friendly, helpful and patients. The surgery staff at the Tanner outpatient center were excellent as well. Dr. Pezold himself was extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend him and his team for any procedures or just general ENT questions!
Doctor and nurses were amazing. Front office staff are dismissive and not very helpful.
Dr Gus is amazing we drive 45 minutes to see him’ he cares for my boy so much
