The dental hygienist was excellent, but my experience with the front desk staff and nurse was disappointing. The front desk staff was impatient and unwelcoming, and the nurse caused me significant pain during an X-ray, ignoring my complaints. When I mentioned this to the doctor, he showed no concern and continued working while talking with the unprofessional nurse.
I am truly blessed to have found Dr Nguyen, the staff and patient care exceeded my expectations.
Carrollton Dental Studio has excellent staff and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my cleanings and procedures. Dr. Linh is very outgoing and takes great care and detail during my exams. He is always on top of my dental history and keeps my smile healthy and looking great!
They were always great to me and the staff was awesome. But unfortunately they no longer accept my insurance!
